      This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

      We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

      ... in compensation the weather has turned nice and with some friends I drove up into the mountains to do a walk along a headland and past some windmills and it was warm enough for even the butterflies to come out. I have also been wobbling my way around on the motorbike and even used it to take Treacle to a local nature reserve, unfortunately to get anywhere I have to go on a fairly narrow but busy main road and that isn't much fun.

      ... converge on a roundabout which has no lane marking. The vehicles pour onto the roundabout and you have no idea where on the road you are suppose to be - there are vehicles cutting across in front and behind and people drifting from the centre of the roundabout to the edge and it is chaos.       ... which go along the length of the mar menor and we followed the path all the way to the end. There was a windmill type of building and flamingos in the mud flats. Its a nice place and the mud there is supposed to have healing properties so in the summer the Spanish people cover themselves in it and walk around.
