    Every other time we tried to do the Trail Ridge Road, we stopped too many times and only made it half way. This time we got up earlier, stopped less before the Alpine Visitor Centre and made it!

    ... Was slow and we saw heaps of pile ups and traffic jams on the other side of road stretching for kilometres. What a mess.
