... amble across the valley below while drinking our coffee - they were oblivious to us way up above.

On the way back to the entrance to the park, we stopped at various places to see what was around. We really wanted to see the bighorn sheep, as we haven't caught sight of them yet. While looking over the valley, chipmunks were running around and Olav amazingly spotted a hummingbird in a tree. We could hear it and then it came out ...

... leave it there whilst we headed off for a cup of tea! Our main aim of heading into Boulder was to track down (unsuccessfully as it turns out) some Nespresso capsules, to fuel our coffee addiction, but a friend recommended we try out the Boulder Dushanbe tea house whilst we were there! Completely build by hand without the use of any power tools, the Teahouse was constructed in Dushanbe, ...

We had a fun day at work. We got to see the planes that collect and hold the analysis instrumentation for atmospheric research. The Gulfstream V is absolutely beautiful. It can only hold a crew of about 5 when it is fully loaded with instruments so not very many people have actually experienced the spirals and up-and-downs that it flies to get a ...
