    ... museum became really fascinating. There was an entire room full of meteorites! Most were smaller, baseball-sized meteorites. but there were two display cases full of really large meteorites. There were also many cool displays with details on what I explained above. I had forgotten much of it, and it was great fun re-learning everything. They even had a cool display that showed the different destructive power of meteorites based on different sizes and types.

    ... if not thousands, of tiny plastic model soldiers. The whole thing was painted in camouflage colours. The design section contained stunning examples of Art Deco furniture made in the 30s. Nearly forgot, in the Lower Belvedere was an exhibition of original costumes from the Ballet Russes which was a real treat. Three were attendants' costumes from The Firebird.     I also enjoyed my first Kasekrainer an Austrian cheese filled sausage served with a sweet mustard for lunch. Yummy! Another speciality of this region is the Sachertorte, a delicious chocolate cake thinly coated with apricot jam and a layer of thick chocolate icing on top served with a dollop of whipped cream.
