    I had the famous Sachertorte at Sacher Cafe, part of Hotel Sacher, which is owned by the Sacher family who made the original torte at the beginning of the 19th century. The chocolate cake has a thin layer of apricot jam and is covered in dark chocolate icing. I'm not keen on dark chocolate but it was served with cream so that diluted it a bit :). ...
