... going on here. As mentioned earlier we go through substantial amounts of water and virtually everything is plastic wrapped so it's not easy to get rid of. In addition all the wine we consume is bottled and very difficult to stash - hopefully the Italians will catch on to casks sooner than later. Thankfully we have the V cabin which acts like a temporary holding area.
Wednesday 2 September
Watched Madame Gu load up and then ...
... supermarket. Found one in the resort but it was closed. Decided to have some lunch ashore, which wasn't bad and then just chilled in the afternoon.
Saturday 22 August
Today moved further east and a little south. The coast line is just something (rewind and
press play!!!). The scenery as we were approaching our next destination is just magnificent – mountains in the background.
Anchored just outside the marina (Connigione) and ventured ashore ...
... we've decided to stay put and undertake some chores
etc. A number of boats have re-anchored and we think we may have dragged up to 10 meters with the strong winds. There's quite a bit of weed on the bottom. Kept an eye out most of the day and feel quite comfortable that we are well dug in as are the boats around us.

Left the anchorage quite early and headed east along the ...
... which is so refreshing on our feet. It had been raining so the water isn't crystal clear like the previous time. We walk through the water to the waterfall and briefly place our bodies against it while shrieking from the cold water! It's so beautifully refreshing and it will keep us cool for our long assent!
The walk back up is tiring and long and our legs and thighs are burning from the walk. We take it ...
Friday 31st July
We went from Bonifacio which is Corsico back to Sardinia and anchored into a protected bay....took about 2 hours to get there.
this is where the crew decided to give us some swim time and get out the tender to give us a ski and anyone who wanted to be towed by the sea biscuit.
We arrived at the bay about 11.30, and beautiful waters, reasonably calm, water temp good.
