... which is so refreshing on our feet. It had been raining so the water isn't crystal clear like the previous time. We walk through the water to the waterfall and briefly place our bodies against it while shrieking from the cold water! It's so beautifully refreshing and it will keep us cool for our long assent!

We were given a tour of the engine room of the boat by the Engineer Manwell
It has two giant 12 cylinder Mercedes motors, a giant generator, and a Osmosis water filter converting sea water to drinking water . Quite impressive!!!
Dinner that night was ossco Bucco with cous cous salad, a divine sauce on top!!
... their own wine,situated on 40ha of land. They handpick all their grapes. We asked about adding sulphites to their wine, and he said yes they do, in fact if you didn't add sulphites the wine wouldnt keep. So maybe it's the climate why their wines do taste good!!!
At the end of the tour we sat down and sampled the whites and reds. All go the heads us!!! Because there was nine of us, it took a full bottle to give us ...
... with baked finger potatoes and Veg's accompanied with a beautiful sauce. Dessert was apple tart with homemade passion fruit ice cream and yoghurt. There is a fabulous Chef on board the boat and if that is an indication of his meals, we are in for an absolute treat!!!
