      This visit I focused on juicing and Lars and I both attended the Mindset Classes moderated by Marco. It's always a great exercise to consider where we put our focus and how we approach problems and projects. I really enjoyed shifting my view to a more positive level.

      We also enjoyed walking in the country side and discovered the lovely seaside town of Moraira.

The trip to the market was the best time I have had in months, the market was huge and bustling, with everything imaginable on sale and it was a joy to get fruit, veg and honey from local suppliers instead of the poor stuff on sale at the supermarket. I tried out my newly acquired Spanish but the programme I am using to learn it has so far only taught me the numbers up to 14, and we haven't yet done the lesson on shopping, which ...

      ... a chain link fence but I couldn't find any access other than to drive several miles south to get onto the busy road but on the wrong side of the dual carriage way, then I had to drive about 10 miles north to a junction where I could leave and rejoin in the right direction and finally I got there - and (thank goodness) it worked and I am filled up with gas again.

      I am now back on the Shanty Town Site, which doesn't feel quite as bad as it did, ...

      ... and chocolate for breakfast which was delicious! There was a museum of the history of chocolate making and of that particular factory. After they had shown us around there we were allowed to walk through the factory but there wasn't too much to see in there. After that we went into the factory's chocolate shop where there were free samples (yummy!!) and we bought some chocolate that was made there.
