... While they do many things well, I have not yet been able to get a really good martini in Australia. I ordered one on my birthday, while waiting for our dinner at the Four Winds -- but they didn't have vermouth (!), and the poor bartendress really didn't know how to make a twist ("oh, that's what that funny instrument is for!").
