... terrible. We started out with the not-entirely-terrible log flume which, in all fairness, did its thing. Then we followed it up with a ride unlike anything I've seen before - it was called the Storm Coaster. As you can tell from its name, it is a roller coaster, which makes it even more confusing when you get to the front of the line and you board a boat. The boat drifts along a bit and then clamps itself to a rail and you're off. And it's high. You're ...

It is very educational and ...

Natalie becoming too familiar with the waves at Watego's in Byron bay struggled to adjust to the busy waters of Coolangatta, Kirra and Rainbow Bay, however 3 days past and in the distance you could see a little brown bean head dancing along the waves like a pro. The once timid learner was now mingling ...

This morning I managed to drag myself from bed in time to catch the sunrise over the ocean (see photo). I then quickly snuggled back in. So, we rarely go swimming whilst at home and, although we often visit the beach with Nelly, we never don our swimming costumes. However, we both LOVE water parks. One of the main reasons we visited the Gold Coast was so we could visit 'Wet n Wild'. It may surprise many that for someone who can't swim, dislikes crowds and has a bad ...
