Travelling by train is really good. Lots of room, foot rests, little tables, power to plug the laptops in or recharge the phones. Vacances d'hiver...enfin!!!!
Il est temps de partir en Road Trip vers le sud de la France et l'Italie. 5 filles, une voiture, des cartes, trop de bagages et de la musique pour tous les goūts (de Céline ą Mumford en passant par Miley Cyrus) on se dirige vers notre premičre destination: Nīmes.

Tout le monde est debout ą 8h du mat. On sort pour aller prendre le petit déj dans une petite boulangerie sympa. Chocolatine, croissant, cappuccino rien de mieux.

... the wind coming in off the sea was blustery to say the least!
Today, was not enjoyable. strong winds all the way until i hit the outskirts of Toulouse, not sure if the buildings blocked the wind or if just died down...don't know. But don't worry, it was made up for with the rain, yes, for the second time i had to get out the waterproof trousers. So the wind stopped but i got rain instead. to be honest, at that point i would have taken a hail storm ...

It was agonisingly hard i blamed these two all day long...only joking. Actually i didn't feel too bad the next morning at 6:30am, huh, what kind of holiday is this i thought. surprisingly, at this time, i went down at 6:45 for breakfast and there were other people already eating. bonkers.
