On our way to Milan we decided to stop by the infamous Courmayeur for a couple of hours. We weren't disappointed! Although Courmayeur wasn't as big and appealing as Chamonix it was a picturesque town with ...

This time we were organised, early and on the ball for which gates we left from to avoid running late for the plane.

Customs searches were thorough with the heightened terror threats we were stripped down to basics, pat down ...

      Saturday

Driving in the luxury of the Benz into Charmonix for lunch
and then through the Mont Blanc 11.6km tunnel into Italy is fantastic and we take the road
leading up and over the St Bernard Pass. it's the highest mountain road pass in Europe 2300 meters. Lucas has put that
car through its paces on the twisting turning switchback roads and scared the
**** out of me on the hairpin bends but ...
