          ... side. Everything was prepared simply, with very discernible ingredients, and nothing was overly fancy for no reason. It was all just, well, yum.

          Met at the bus stop by my phone ringing. Roberto piled us all plus bags into his little merc, I was sitting on graham bag.
          Apartment lovely but quite a few step, 4th floor. Lucky Roberto carried jen n my bags. Fabulous balcony/roon top patio were we breakfast watching the rich n famous in their yachts.
          Only 28/30 here - cool.
          Walked to the parque archeologico. Huge greek/roman ruins in the middle of the new city.

          We woke up a little earlier today to make the hour long trip to Noto, famous for its Baroque architecture, almonds and the gelateria that purportedly makes the best ice-cream in the world! I have to bribe the girls with either the promise of shopping or something nice to eat if I expect them to traipse through Duomo after Duomo, or climb unendingly steep hills in search of castles and mosaics.           ... can get away with, regardless of their shape, and there's no awkward mincing towards the sea, trying to minimize their wobbly bits, but proud prancing as they walk up and down, in their passeggiata, where the sea laps the shore (is there a name for this part of the beach???           ... to cry tears. These tears were filmed and verified as human tear drops by three independent labs. The relief was checked by experts for fraud and they could not identify any.
