    ... Irwin museum when the lift doors opened and out walked three keepers and two tigers on a lead. Did a very obvious double take and nearly walked in to them. Turns out you can also pay to take tigers for a walk around the zoo. These were cubs but still absolutely huge and very powerful (but also pretty darn cute). The whole place is very surreal, and a bit of a shrine to Steve Irwin and I couldn't decide if it was nice or just plain creepy. There ...

    ... away knowing how not to get eaten alive. Apart from the crocodiles the show included demonstrations of several different bird species the most impressive of which was the Andean Condor with its 3 meter wing span.

    Chloe enjoyed going to see the Kangaroos, which were very tame and amenable to a good stroking. One in particular seemed to really amuse her as its ears kept twitching causing shrieks of laughter and “silly kanga-oo”. We also saw some Koalas ...

    I was shattered when I woke up this morning, it was way too early to be up! The worse thing was the bus turned up an hour and a half late, wasn't impressed!! I slept on the bus then when we got to noosa we had to walk to hostel, I was soo tired and hungry to find when we got there we couldn't check in until 2!! So we used the wifi for a while then went and got a subway for lunch and popped to the supermarket, after we headed back to hostel but ...

    ... its a shame because the people who were in my room werent that friendly. I guess youre not always going to meet people that are welcoming! Hopefully I will get back on track and meet some more lovely people in Sydney. I am meeting a few people there for xmas and NY... so I know it wont be bad :) But hope the new people I meet are more open and friendly! So in the end i spent most of my time heading back to Holiday Village to be with the people I met ...
