Wales and England - AMAZING. We arrived on Friday 16th October. We launched straight into sightseeing mode and went directly to the Roman Baths in Bath. What a groovy town Bath is. The next day was the Dr Who Experience in Cardiff. This probably rated as James' most favourite tourist attraction. That afternoon Paul and James went to the Semi Final of New Zealand v France. Our country v The Country we live in. The rest is history. ...

In 4 major cities we only spotted 1 gym and 1 yoga studio. We think it's partly thanks to excellent public transportation, Europeans are able to walk everywhere (hopping on a tram or Metro for longer distances) or ride bikes. In Paris it was common to see men in suits or women in ...

Many phone calls and messages to start Christmas Day. So nice to talk to everyone, who all had full bellies and happy tales to tell. I really had my Christmas celebration last night, so much food not feeling like food at all today, plus I'm fighting off some bug/flu thingee so a lazy slow one for me. Eventually make it downstairs for a cuppa and relax for a while. Consider lunch here but its a set 3 course menu....nope out I go to find a sandwich. Just up the ...
