I just have to finish off in Tuscany ... We spent our last morning in Bagni di San Filippo...one of the local thermal sulphur bath areas near Pienza. Well what a laugh...we never expected the guys to rise to the occasion .....but they did, shower caps and all...looking like those other rubber things!!! What a laugh... We all enjoyed it and came out relaxed and smiling! A super little lunch spot ...

Well, we managed to get away at about 09:00 this morning and headed to St Peter's Square for the obligatory team photo in our Retinitus Pigmentosa charity cycling tops. Once we had done that we started the journey home.

Went to Bomarzo yesterday to go to the monster garden, where there are stautes that were carved from voclanic rock in the 1500's. It was expensive to get in and the statues weren't all that impressive. ... I got a few things including a bunch of mushrooms which I am cooking right now. The mushrooms still had dirt on them when I bought them so I'm hoping I don't get sick.
