We headed back to surfers paradise (about 10 mins from the holiday park) we found some free parking so parked up and went for a wander around the central shopping part. ...

It's in a residential area on the Isle of Capri which is right across the river from Surfer's Paradise. It's a prime area and I'm guessing the houses here are very expensive. In fact, this area is so prime that there are people who park their cars in this neighbourhood and walk ...

... It was a 14.5 hr trip and we all some sleep. The food and movies were great. The quality for Kate was not quite as good Jackie.

On arrival we went straight to our hotel, however were told if we wanted to gain early entrance to the room which was ready that we would have to pay the equivalent of some A$225.00. We didn't want to do this and waited for the manager who was to start soon as he was empowered to negotiate a better fee for the 7 hours before ...

... We went on a racer slide, you have to lie on a mat and put your feet on it when you are getting ready to go, you have to hold handles and then you lay and push off. In Movie World we went on a log ride, you sit in a raft which is like a log the ride is like a white water ride. You went up further and further till you reached the top and then you went down the slide, it was very steep and fast there is a big explosion of water that goes very high and we all got very wet, it was very fun!! ...
