    ... had brunch with Lady Liberty then joined a guided tour. This was fascinating as we learnt not only the history of the statue but also of the island & it's significance.

    ... would be a pb for her. She tells me she was meant to be on an earlier ferry but her friend told her not to worry they just keep sending them. We get a seat on the train together, and it doesn't take long to fill up the cars at each stop. All of sudden people are moving through the train and getting off and were not at south ferry yet, and than I realise from our Staten Island trip that you can only get off the train at south ferry if your in the first five cars.
