        ... would be best for me to visit the ER. It was actually the best ER visit I've ever experienced! I was literally their only patient -crazy! - so there was no wait and the nurse who helped us was so fun and sweet. Very personable and just all around fantastic.         ... as they are rebuilding the road to keep local community connected to the world, however is is worth taking the route as ocean is amazing and there is great lava arch in the ocean. Interestingly, to decaffinate their beans, they send them away ... to Vancouver, B.C., where they are soaked in spring water, then sent back to Kona for roasting. Strange.
