    ... the Speed Week event to see what is going on..... CANCELED! !! are you kidding!! I guess due to the recent rain the Salt Flats are flooded!! Well that sucks!
    Not as much for a family from England who had saved for 3 years and spent over $15,000 to bring a car over to race to find its a no go! Feel sorry for them as we can change our plans to fit.

    It was a chilly night especially as we had run out of propane. But everyone had enough blankets/sleeping bags to stay warm. But first thing in the morning Omar got propane from the camp office and we were able to fire up the furnace right away to warm up the camper.     ... in this part of the city are dressed, groomed and serene. Sort of Fake. There's no deliveries or rubbish collection or services at street level, is all hidden under ground.
