... so although the space is limited inside, by being organised (my middle name!) we make the most of the space we do have. The extended awning out of the boot is a godsend, we can actually sit up in it when we want to watch a movie (oh yes, Barry may be beaten up but he has all the latest mod-cons!) and it provides great ventilation as the awning has vents (great for spying on other ...

    ... have decided to
make another cooked happy hour nibbles. We made Beef meat balls with a Smokey Hickory

I went to the hotel’s restaurant and to my eyes I just say paradise! All the eggs, bacon, hash browns, sausages, steaks and toast you could eat in one place. I was truly, deeply in love with this breakfast! After an amazing breakfast I went back to my room and packed my ...

    Hello Everyone

I am so nervous and also excited about my upcoming trip. I hope I've done a good enough job and can learn from my experiences in Mexico. I haven't slept very well the past week I'm too anxious to leave, but I know it will be well worth the wait.

Because the trip is to Mexico its a fairly long distance to travel which means there will be a few stopovers along the way. I have had my passports checked or made up to date and I have ...
