... We headed into Kahului, the city where the airport is, to find the Rachael Ray gallery. I had admired her work at a few stores, and we had chatted with her husband at the swap meet where he had told us their story. Rachael had been working in a gallery, adding colours to photos of an artist. She had worked there for several years, and unbeknownst to anyone, she was an artist herself. Her husband stumbled across her portfolio in her closet and asked her about ...

Hopefully we can make this happen:) We then walked back passed the beautiful hotels and to the Serenity adults only pool we go. We sampled their signature drinks, changed and went to dinner. ... They have live music nightly and last night was the Haiku Hill Billy's a 7 piece band complete with a banjo, accordion, slide guitar and more...they were awesome! This restaurant is an true example of 5 star service and 5 star food in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. If this place were a wine I'd give it a 100 points definitely I'll be back.

We were home and in bed by 10. Happy St. Patricks days!

... to the whaler village, just along the seafront. It was there we would have breakfast, another feast! Despite being full after breakfast we couldn't resist a wee visit to haagen dasz shop for an ice cream milk shake. Fruit and milk, healthy right?!! A leisurely walk back to the hotel and it was time for some much needed rays! We located some good beds right beside the pool (the pool area is pretty crowded with sun loungers, all crammed together with little space in ...
