... little after, by then Johnathon and Tyler were with us too. It was such a leisurely day of wading in when you felt like fishing, our snacking on our big lunch packs with awesome chicken sandwiches, butternut squash soup, chocolate peanut butter cooks and plenty more snacks and water. Also lots of picture taking too, although I left the Nikon behind not knowing what the water levels would be like. Early afternoon, a boat if 6 of us headed back a little early to get back to ...

This morning we arrived in Sitka in time for me to have a leisurely breakfast overlooking the beautiful little islands around Sitka (from my cabin)!!
Again we had spectacular weather which we have been blessed to have since I arrived in Canada on 16 May!! Unheard of really it is like we have brought the sunshine and blue skies with us. Even though the forecast might have said otherwise.

The ship docked off Sitka so we had to catch a Tender over to this ...

... the year are also quite empty. No one wants to go to a colder place in winter. I thought it was funny how the airline attendant called first class passengers to board and about three seconds later, he said "OK. Now I would like to invite all passengers." There were not many people on the flight. The Sitka airport is on an island that is connected by a bridge to the city of Sitka. You have to get a taxi to the city/town ...
