Today had a similar start, except without the rain. We got up in time to have breakfast together, this time in addition to the parfait and oatmeal was a smoked salmon and spinach quiche. One of the three boats when freshwater fishing today in a stream while the other two were deep sea. We played upstairs a little and then Shannon and I took Shane and Lucy down to the beach for a little but while ...

After dinner we sat in the deck chairs on level 9 and watched, Mary Poppins. Hot Chocolate drinks were regularly ...

Just as well, as the service was truly awful. We were there 20 minutes before we got a menu and 20 more before I got the soda I asked for. We were there, in fact, over an hour, and then the waitress brought the wrong check. We have learned that ...

... really delicious meals from the Grand Dining Room by phone and having them delivered to our room. We sit and watch the spectacular scenery go by and then we watch a DVD. It's working out fine, and this time I see that it's okay, that it works for us.

In the restaurants, we meet pleasant, affable people who are conservative, even a Berkeley student from my era, who self-identified as ...
