... and really lovely. I found a nail salon so I have updated fingers :-) Spend the late afternoon reading on the new deck the sun came out for me off and on. The whales were really active today jumping and twirling about really something to see. We stayed in and enjoyed out new digs tonight, had appy's on the deck then pizza night it was great. Watching a DVD now sort of old fashioned :-)
... for getting too close to the whales (we told them that they swam up to us, which they did, sort of…).
We love Maui, it is a magical place that seems to make all the cares of the world (wherever they may emanate) melt away.
There hasn't been any wind for kiting while we have been here, but is supposed to be another swell hitting tomorrow, so perhaps some more surf for Scot.

Today we awoke late about 10am and after breakfast we went shopping for snokel gear and a walk along the beach front. Found the ABC Stores just aound the corner and bought a mask and snorkel for $13 each. They were everywhere in Waikiki and now we find them in Maui. They are a convenience store at good prices.

... of the U.S. and Canada, both first timers are others who return here regularly. Everyone marvels at the beauty of our surroundings! It's also amazing how many people we have met from the Continental U.S. who have relocated here to live and work, both young and old. They love the beauty and the climate and have found jobs to sustain them, although most comment on the high cost of living here.
