      ... in Maui I have long, wild and memorable dreams. Perhaps because it is so easy to relax here. The temperature ranges from 24-31 degrees Celsius, never too hot or too cold. We are lucky enough to be in Hawaii long enough that we don't feel compelled to rush around jamming activities in before our vacation ends. Pacing is drastically different here than at home.

      ... singing to you like wind chimes. Moving forward, I drove about 3 more hours along more windy roads. These roads were more rocky and you had a very clear side of the volcano. The terrain completely changed from rainforest to open land and rocky cliffs. I didn't see many beaches to swim at, which was a shame, but Maui isn't know for its beaches.       ... were swimming, but we knew that there was a larger waterfall pool above us and we were dying to get to it. After trying to get a glimpse and see if there were people in the above pool, one guy appeared to becoming back from that pool, "Is there a trail that leads to the upper pools?"

      Today, we have decided, is going to be our down day - no plans, nothing to do except BE.

      We have chocolate macadamia nut pancakes (just add water) and coffee for breakfast - so decadent and so good!
