This week, I got some days off to go to Boynton Beach with my mother's cousin and her parents. I spent 3 days with them in their beautiful house. I went to the beach for the first time on Tuesday. I really enjoyed it but… I went to the water with my cellphone… I played in the waves about 30 minutes with my cellphone in my pocket! The night before I looked up the tide schedule for Jupiter. We arrived around 11:15, which was perfect. Parking was a cinch. There's two parking lots (note that they close around 4:30) just past the first sign for Blowing Rocks. We started our hike by checking out ...

    ... survived quite well, however.

On arriving at the park, the real problems began. In spite of having reservations, it still took us over half an hour to get registered. The two gals there seemed to be doing their best, but did a lot of repeating of things and it seemed that the one at the counter had majored in Redundancy. I did meet a very friendly and interesting fellow Air Force Vet from Alabama, who has lived here for many years. We did our share ...
