    The day started early for us today as it had been raining heavily overnight. Our novice tent building skills were in evidence as our annex was holding vast reserves of water. Mark held guard between 4.30 and 5.30. We knew we were in for a wet one. Even the brush turkey did not like it a bit. Our main goal for the day was to make the annex correct so we did not have any water built up risking damaging our annex.

    ... such nurses we are. For my 9D friends who have shared the experience of witnessing THE loudest snoring, it was beyond this. Shed even snore on her side and then snort after a period of apnea. I was sleeping above her (the joy of bunk beds, I'm getting too old for this) and she practically vibrated my bedI woild try to vigorously turn my body to shake the bed so as to wake her but inevitably the snoring would restart. By our 3rd night I don't even know how ...
