    ... flight today is to Vienna from Santorini was a short 2 and a half hour flight and a 6 hours and 15 minute stop over. My plane landed at 7:30am and it was 21 0 with a humidity of 86%.     ... He learnt to make 5 kinds of martins, and at $20 for the class, he also got to consume said 5 martins, a bargain! Tonight was another formal dress code evening, so we dolled up for our dinner at Chops Grille. Let me jut say that the food was excellent, the filet mignonette super juicy and tender, the red velvet cake the best I've ever had, and the service impeccable. Is Chops Grille worth the extra cover charge? ...

    ... white wines each progressively sweeter. The last was Vinsanto which Santorini is famous for. This is definitely a drink for dessert.
    Tonight I headed back into town for one last sunset. The winds were chilly on the cliff top as I waited but I decided it was worth the goosebumps.
    Tomorrow back to London where the weather is forecast to be light drizzle and 11 degrees. Bye bye ...

    ... for Easter. Children carried beautifully decorated candles to light at this service as part of their Easter celebrations. I saw the candles in shop windows and they were beautiful.

    On the Easter Sunday, we went for a walk along the beachfront and families were all gathering together to celebrate Easter and were roasting lambs over open pit fires in their yards. It was very interesting to see this side of Greece and the celebrations ...
