... all the organs. Then cut the esophagus so the organs can be totally removed from the fish. We then had to separate the liver only, which was used for a histology exam. Then cut off a whole gill for further analysis, and then a piece of skin. Then we had to weigh the fish witout guts with the gill, then just the gill, then just the liver. Day 64, Our Early and Gone on Errands

A travel blog entry by juliocamperio on Sep 10, 2014

Usual day at work, I was able to get out early so I can go to the Extranjeria department and try and get my permit of citizenship for cheaper travel. Once I got there they did not let me in because they had a technical difficulty and it was packed with people. I then went to a camping store to fix my backpack that broke. Had to buy weist traps with buckles and go to a leather store where they could ahve fixed it. Also had to have fixed 2 zippers that had broken in the past.

I obviously had to tell nearly everyone at work what happened to my forehead and cheek, but thats the price you pay for having fresh scars on your face.

Today was a nice day because it started off cloudy and breezy. When it stared to get way too hot I went for a dive. As I dove into the water, a big wave came in, sucking me into it and the water under me, this literally pulled me against a rock, where i hit my forehead and right cheek. It was very painful, but the cold water around my ...

Day 62, Water Activities in Guayedra

I always like to have a very nice camping site. The tarp has to be tense and at the right angle to see the ocean and have the wind coming in to cool off the sand. So for this I had to, several times, change the position of the stakes, ropes and rocks until the tarp and tent were perfect, I think at least. I did some snorkeling, but to be honest, not too much to ...
