  • I took the bus to the last stop and then a tram to my hostel. It was freezing outside and starting to get dark. I missed the first tram. It stopped a little way down the platform. I thought it would continue up and stop again but didn't. I jumped on the second one, got off at my stop and then walked the rest of the way to my hostel. By the time I got there it was already dark and it was only 4pm.

    ... This wasn't the best tour though as the guide seemed uninterested and Bored! It was also the only sightseeing tour we'd paid for so perhaps it was the fact that the guide wasn't working towards his tip!

    That evening we'd arrange to meet the people we'd met on the "pub crawl" for dinner. We met in the centre square and took them to a restaurant that had been recommended to us on our first tour. It served traditional Czech food at reasonable prices and of course - Czech ...

    ... before taking a Taxi. Bye-bye money ! But it was only around 200-250CZK so that was affordable. Back in the hotel we had our well deserved nap! 1,5 hours late, refreshed and ready to go out. Well not that ready, after a shower and putting on some make up we were ready after another 1,5 hours. It's our holidays - so who cares?! We obviously don't.
