... switched it to silent and ignored the call. Sorry Glen. Once I'd finished following R's instructions and he'd sped back to his office, I noticed Glen's message. It said "I'm going to Perth". Apparently, while I was having accounting emergencies, he was having Mazda emergencies. He had to go to Perth and could I come too? ... at the top end of that. I had already walked 6.6km by the time I finished the coastal walk, so hungry! The weather was hot and sunny and views stunning. I then wandered around Hastings St (the main shopping street by Main Beach) and ate a Subway (cheapest thing going and Noosa is too upmarket for Maccas!). I then walked (up more hills!) to Noosa Junction, and then back ...

... down to where Glenys and another university friend (Danielle) live for dinner. A lovely evening was had by all with Chloe particularly enjoying the Jigsaw app that Danielle had on her Ipad!

This morning it was time to say goodbye to Brisbane and we all felt sad to be leaving but also excited at the thought of beginning our adventure north. Chloe was particularly grumpy after a late night last night and not even the thought of going to the zoo seemed to cheer her ...
