    We checked out of our motel in Caloundra, walked the main drag, found a bakery and a coffee shop and took it all to a beach side picnic bench at 6:30 a.m. to watch the early morning dog walkers and inhale the fresh beach air.     5.4km later along a coastal path stoping along the way to sit and take in the coastline and marine life including rays we made our way back to the centre for some lunch and an afternoon on the beach.
