    ... head on home driving a couple of hundred miles a day. It's almost 600 miles to Rural Hall and we could make it in two days if we needed to. Hate that our trip is ending this way but after reading boards it's not unusual to have problems on the road. People often spend more time in one place because of repairs.     ... In fact when I made the reservation the lady said we'd be right where we could watch the sunset.

    We drove around to the back and there are lots of rigs back here and while the spaces aren't large they're ok. I think we could let out the awning and set up the chairs if we wanted to.     ... the RV and on our way by noon for Cedar Key on the coast. Much nicer roads to stress! The lady at the desk is a workamper and gave us some info. Set up RV and then took a drive to the water - town of Cedar Key for the sunset and an ice cream ...

    Unfortunately the manatees were not very interactive so we didnt get up close and personal with them (they are normally very human curious and come to you for interaction). This was the low season - around 44 manatees in the river which is around 640acres, during high season (winter) the manatess flock to the river as the springs keep the water a warmer temperature. It is then that you can find around 200-300.
