Next we went to a market and some shops.
In the afternoon we went to the beach at Siesta Key. It was very hot.
Finally, we drove back home and had a swim.
US fact: They have dimes (10c), quarters (25c) and 1c pieces.
... Once we got back to where we were to started, we drove to some different shops and had some lunch. Then we drove to Siesta Key and had a swim at the beach.
Then we went back to the hotel and had a swim in the pool.

Today we met up with two other Englewood CSers, Pat and Linda. We had a lovely lunch with them at Mango Bistro and have planned to connect again next week where Pat lives, over on Palm Island. Both were great company and it was interesting to talk with them about past and future travels.
All of this has been in the true spirit of couch surfing and we are grateful!
