... and Adrian spat out his first bite and refused to eat anymore. In the cafe was our first encounter with a NYC weirdo - it was a man in his 50's with a seriously impressive black mullet, a tight pink tshirt and a pair of bike shorts. He was carrying a homemade religious cross made out of mirrors that he had taped to a broom handle. He was shouting something random when he came in and then we heard him groan as loud as he could and he shouted "Get outta my ...

The ferry to the Statue of Liberty I caught the subway from Times Square and got off at South Ferry and then walked through the park to Caste Clinton where the ferry security screening is located. I then walked back to my hotel tired but happy I had seen so much. I went to bed after a light dinner that I ordered in my room.

... We even got to watch a TV serial being filmed. Then off to the Patel points! Took the ferry to Statue of Liberty and decided to not get off there (yep, it is big and still there), rather rode all the way to Ellis Island. Ellis Island has a wonderful museum inside telling the tales of millions of immigrants who risked it all to get to the wrong India (Dang Columbus!)....amazing stories of families ...
