On my way back from Grand Central, I went to the Public Library - very cool.

Our kids didn't get the memo about a slower start on a Sunday, but when natty started talking at 5am i drew the line! He managed to get back to sleep and we began again a few hours later. Their noise first thing in the morning always feels louder when you are trying to keep them quiet at someone else's house. Thankfully due to lack of sleep from Zoe Mitch and Jordan slept through.

We went for a walk in Prospect Park which is across the road from ...

... To top it all off, Shake Shack mistakenly poured an extra beer for us, so we had a free beer to send us on our way! Once we finished our picnic lunch in the park, we split from Ryan and Marissa and headed down south to the 9/11 memorial and battery park. The memorial is a very solemn place, where tons of people came to visit those who lost their lives just over 13 years ago. Besides the obvious show of ...
