... and I went and spent 2 hours in the pool it was lovely. Then I went and had dinner with Tina, Anne, Chris and Casey at the only place nearby, Bluebone Grill. I had grouper with crab and lobster Thermidor sauce, broccoli and zucchini. It was delicious. We shared a bottle of moscato, it was Australian so good. Amazingly I had desert, a key lime pie. Our journey continues almost to Florida through 2 other states, Mississippi and sweet home Alabama. Pensacola is nice and has some great beaches. We checked out Perdido Key and Destin. But the later was a bit to touristy for us and not very dog friendly.

... great it was. One good reason to venture to Florida, along with visiting my son and these wonderful friends.

We had a relaxing evening and packed for our next part of our journey flying from Pensacola to Rhode Island to meet Dennis and Barbara Fotinos and then on to Worcester Mass. to see Ned and Bev Prevost.
