... birds, mammals reptiles and insects depend on the tree for food and shelter. The park has some of the most interesting formations of rocks found in the desert. ... in teh hills teh winds get worse as they are swirling and hit us in bursts,, it is hard to stay on the road and driving is very stressful. Get into Indio around 3pm and Shadow Hills Rv resort that Bob and Bonnie told us about. It is a deluxe Rv resort with great amenities. Sit around for a while reading in the sun then sit in the hot tub and have a drink to wind down!
Tomorrow it is all about getting NORTH!
