Getting Our Kicks.. on Route 66
... hotel and Circus Circus hotel but only managing Circus Circus, I couldn't stay awake any longer so Snellers had one last bet in the Riviera and we went home to bed. Vegas had definitely taken it out of us and we hadn't even managed an all nighter! Very poor form. ... streets at last! There’s my hotel! It’s only 1 PM, and we’ve arrived in Phoenix, safe and sound. I am exhausted, tired, wrung out, but promised cats they’d soon be in their room, could walk around, could eat.

Getting married on October 8th 2011 in NH. Heres where things get interesting!
August 7 was Michelle's wedding Shower back in NH.
Our Bachelor / Bachelorette parties are in September back in NH. (as far as we know, our friends are keeping us in the dark)
The real action starts October 4th when we head back to NH for all the festivities.

... drought due to destruction of their farming environment or that they were conquered by the Hopi people. The site is VERY primitive and little remains that is photoworthy, thus no pictures were taken. If you are into indigenous people, as we are, it's really worth a visit.

Settled in for a couple months

One morning we hiked the Treasure Loop Trail that is partly in the Lost Dutchman State Park but starts in the Tonto National Forest. We were out for a couple hours and it was perfect temps, good views and a great workout. There are many hiking trails in this area so we'll be trekking down as many as we can in the time we are here.
