    ... usual problems of bands in front and behind, competing with drum beats and dodging the horse doings from the mounted police !

    Following the parade, we adjourned to the Imperial Hotel at Paddington for a light lunch and few refreshments - just to rehydrate you understand !!

    The day was made perfect when we had a Tom Cruise dinner (Lamb Roast) at home to end the day.

    How good was that !!??

    I did talk about the transition to new, younger leadership in the Church, including pastoral succession. I also talked about the topics we covered in our deacons and elders meeting in Melbourne. They also wanted to know about our LifeNets humanitarian reach which I did. And, we had a question and answer period as well with GOOD questions. I always like good questions.
