    ... lesser touristy spots. We soon became well known at our favourite sunset bar and regular lunch time restaurant, so much so that our favourite tables were waiting for us when we arrive.     ... reacting already :) maybe I'll tan here!!! (Hahaha). I just tried retsina for the first time and I didn't really like it ... It tasted a bit like white wine mixed with floor polish!! Not that I know what floor polish tastes like... You get the point. Retsina is a white wine fermented (maybe the wrong word) in pine barrels, so it absorbs the pine resin.
