Our trip is coming to an end and our last port of call is the town of Gran Tarajal on the island of Fuertenventura.We were welcomed on the quayside by a local band, passengers and locals alike dancing and clapping to the rhythms being played.It was only the second time that our ship had visited this town and the residents were genuinely happy to welcome us. We are warmly welcomed at the hotel for our 5 night all inclusive stay. Our room is very spacious with an excellent balcony and sea views. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens.
We spend the next few days relaxing locally and travelling around the southern tip of Fuerteventura.

... out of sand), I splashed about in the sea, took a bath in the pool or played at the playground. I loved it!!! I learned some new words like ´bade´(taking a bath), ´me´(sea), bii (beach) and much more of them. Now, I´m back home again, train to speak eagerly, expanding my vocabulary and I´m happy that it´s summer here as well.

algunas impresiones de mi ultimo mes, inclusive mis primeras vacaciones al mar en Fuerteventura:
... to become a pain now but I'm working through it with 'placements' in the back of my mind at all times!! :-) I have manage I do a few trips out now! The jeep safari which was a bit if fun and the lazy day catamaran which was so windy I was wind burnt not sun burnt!! Didn't see any dolphins unfortunately but I did see a turtle and I was brave enough to get in the freezing sea!!! I'm gonna try and do a few more soon, maybe the pirate boat and pop over to gran ...
