... I agree with that.

Also thinking about the Scots and their vote next week to secede from the United Kingdom. Most people I ask about it think that the Scottish people will not vote to leave Queen and Country, but I kinda think they might,. I mean, WE did it, right? And the Scots wouldn't even have to declare a revolutionary war or anything. The vote is next Thursday.

After a week of family celebrations, it is finally Barbara's actual birthday.


Paul and i got an early start this morning picking up some wooly stuff for Annette.

The shop is one of several businesses located inside an old woolen mill. Barbara's older sisters worked in this mill back in the 20's and 30's.

Just caught the 10:27 to Kings Cross Station, London. Maybe we'll see Harry Potter?! So we haven't seen Harry, but here's what we did spot today... After getting settled in the hotel we ventured our to conquer the tube - which we did splendidly. Our first ride we were packed in tight, but that gave us an appreciation when the car wasn't as full. The rest of our trip will almost seem like an anti-climax, as we ended up achieving some of our aims. Anyway, we are off to Shrewsbury, of which we don’t know much, then Gloucester, to finish in London. Our trip is heading to a climax and we have experienced the emotional highs of visiting our ancestral homes.
