... we headed to the chip shop and bought our delayed lunch. We sat on a bench enjoying the sun, sea and chips. There was also a cyclist doing trick jumps on and off the sea wall to keep us entertained.
After this we went into the sea for a paddle before walking into town for a drink ahead of the journey home. The sun has stayed with us all day and now we are ready for our evening meal. It has been a fantastic day and fortunately it has been Saltburn not sun ...

Some frantic work with TripAdvisor on the mobile turns up the Britannia Leeds Hotel. The lag on the response from the mobile network sees most hotels behind us by the time they are discovered, and even this one we have to turn back for. Luckily ...

Taking Shape

... on visiting. In fact, it may just be that we see Igaussu and Rio and that's it.

I'm not getting downbeat about this, and I think we've made the right decision to spend a greater proportion of time in Peru, Bolivia and in particular, Argentina. As well as this, we'll still get to do all the things we wanted to. I have a list as long as my arm, but in particular, we'll be able to do the Inca ...
