Clear blue skies and very cold! We got ready to ride then drove to find somewhere to park for the day. Not an easy task in a touristy town like this! Anyway, we found a spot about 5km away in Bohinjska Bela, en route to lake Bohinj. We took Mats "short cut", aka wet, gravel, muddy, soggy autumn leaves, steep gradient.. After another top quality Gasthof Hochalmspitze dinner it was time to study the maps. Tomorrow is the start of our journey home and we have no routes or overnight stops planned. It will either be 2 or 3 nights, depending on whether we stick to quiet roads or hit the motorways for part of the ...

Today's was another crisp, sunny day in the mountains and we couldn't resist a return visit to the Nockalmstrasse as a part of our ride. Heated seats and grips were a blessing as it was around 1 degree at the highest point, but still great fun. We turned left at the end of the road onto the B95 to ...
