      ... the experience - we settled on Croatia.

      Even though we found a country "outside" of the Schengen Zone that best suited our needs - I worried. I
      mean, come on it's Croatia!

      ... to our accommodation via the steep street and stairs. There is also about 40 steps up to our rooms. Just what we need to wear off the ice creams. The view from our accommodation is beautiful and as we sit on the balcony with a cold drink ww can watch the yachts mooring and the ferry boats arriving, people swimming, eating and enjoying the beautiful evening.       ... is the island of Brac where we hiked two days ago. Split is a very large city and a university centre. The waterfront is loaded with marinas, large ferry terminal, cafés, shops and vendors selling the same kind of stuff I saw in Mexico. The same everywhere?...
