When I was in high school I can remember the dogeared art text book we were given in our art class. It was a large blue book with small black and white plates of famous paintings. Looking at them as a 16 year old I thought I'd never be standing in front of them, today I did just that - but let's talk about that later. One of the things that Greg had on his list was a visit to the London Transport Museum. He can recall visiting the museum with his ...

It was a special occasion at the palace as the horse guards were out. We made it just in time to see the parade of the changing of the guards which was pretty spectacular. After that we ...

... and jail turned into a hostel. The place was massive!! Hundreds of beds, large working kitchen, bar, two chillout rooms, multiple shower rooms and toilets. Our room was a 10 bed, much bigger than Edinburgh but there was next to no ventilation and it was fair to say it smelt pretty bad. Mixture of feet and body odour……nice. So bad that one girl I met from Cairns insisted that it was one occupants feet being the source of the smell. So ...
