We cabbed it from Lapa to Copacabana beach and wondered the streets looking for some lunch. Once again, so many Argentinian fans chanting away. ... Beaches, views, green mountains, bustling night life and just a cool vibe throughout. We carried on walking and had another little stop off on Copacabana beach where we bumped into Ian Wright and Glen Hoddle! ... we were wearing jandals!! We took the main path known as an Estrada to the bottom. This path makes it easy for the drug dealers to control the territory as if you turn off this path there are steep paths with sharp corners which the dealers can conceal themselves in to attack if necessary.
