    When we arrived we were given backpacks, water and two foot booties. We started the hike through bamboo and rain forest.     Started bright and early today with an half day snorkeling trip to Molokini Crater and Turtle Town. Reminded me about being back at work again, having to be up at 5:00am. We boarded the Quicksilver at 6:45am. By 8:00 we were at the crater and in the water. I rented a wet suit - those are very nice for keeping you warm.     ... the freezing weather as the clouds and fog swirled about us only to see minute glimpses of the sun rising. Instead of staying around for the hike we had planned, we booted on down to a warm delicious, breakfast at the Kula Lodge in the upcountry.     ... my 4 day hike up 14,000 feet to Machu Puchu, this is a walk in the park. In preparation for the Camino de Santiago, I feel this is a decent distance to start becoming comfortable with.
