Agia Kyiakis is a 12th-century A.D. Byzantine church. It is not overly impressive, but it does have a large basilica and bishop's palace surrounding it from the 4th century A.D. These graves are not thought to belong to royalty but to wealthy, prominent families and persons. The tombs date back to the 3rd-century B.C. The most impressive tombs are peristyle with Doric columns encircling an open court or lining the entrance way to the tomb.
