The past several days have been pretty relaxed for us, so not enough to write about each day to warrant a new blog every day.

Here's a little bit about what we've been doing...

Monday - We started planning out our meals and went on a big food shop...we are a little limited as I don't have some of the kitchen utensils or machines I'd like to make certain things..but it all costs money!! We now have no chocolate ...

... Highway 6 and the back is just by a river, however we couldn't see any easy way to get back there so thought we would investigate. We headed out on Highway 6 as there is a large hard shoulder and walked until we could finally join onto the trail that runs next to the river...such a shame that you have to walk on a highway hard shoulder to get to it. After walking on Eagle River Trail next to the river for a while, we cut up and into the town to check our mail and also to go to the ...

We skyped with Darren's family then headed to the Grocery store as we keep realising little things we need. I really wanted to take Darren to Minturn where Sarah and Josh lived for a while as it's such a cool little place and ...

... runs by his grandson and in a gallery in Aspen. Ansel Adams founded a very famous group f 64 which includes Dorethea Lange who produced some again iconic photographies of the migrants on the US 66 road.
I hope that you will go and discover these amazing pictures and the works of this admirable photographer.
Just go on google and put "photography of Ansel Adams" and enjoy.

Enjoy my humble ones as well.

... Rugged up again we made our way to the stadium. Cloudy overcast start with the temperature around -8 but the sun made its appearance mid morning warming us up nicely. The course was superbly groomed and the snow was in excellent condition due to the cold night.

We once again sat with the Austrians (they came from Salzburg) and they were hopeful that today would be their day. They were not disappointed. Austrian Hannes ...
