We learned later that Wayne and airy her we not the guys that labor ready sent...they were just guys that happened to be in front of labor ready at 5am hoping for work. Drove 3 hours to Edwards. Drove through vale... Reached 9500 ft! Beautiful drive! Jp and the guys delivered then we drove back to Denver. We got stopped at a weigh station. When we got up to the top of the Gondala, AA, UD, Dad and Ben and Edie (mom and Tommy ...

The guy said they would hold out till Vail so we drove to Vail with shaky brakes. When we got to Vail a super nice guy named Joe helped us with our luggage and finding our room. Right away Auntie Al and the kids went to the pool ;) While everybody else was unpacking. It was/is such a nice pool, it was an infinity ...

We have travelled a long way to see this Blue Ribbon event on the World Cup Alpine Skiing Calendar. It has been much anticipated in our household for some months. Knowing that this is the final hit out for the athletes on the Birds of Prey course before the 2015 World Championships we knew the world's best would be here and we certainly have not been disappointed.

Once again a cloudy overcast day with a light dusting of early morning snow ...
