The other delight was finding a chapel within the lower parts of the house, which has its own deity of Mother Mary holding her baby Jesus. Katja, who had looked all around but had had somehow bypassed the chapel joined us looking in there. This was her last day and she was due to return to Majorca from where she has started her journey. ... a long, arduous day on the boat, we rewarded ourselves with giant ice cream sundaes before heading home. A great way to spend my last day on the island. Despite everyone feeling pretty shattered, they were all good enough to meet up later for my farewell dinner and drinks.
