Its absolutely riddiculous to make people who were staying in Reykjavic to go through security just to leave the stupid airport! The process was long & disorganised & totally unnecessary. We had a good breakfast of eggs and toasted baguette. A man in the breakfast room tried to talk to me for a while before he asked the all important question "Do you speak French". When I said no, he stopped talking to me. Oh well. I keep trying to say "thank you" and "yes" in Spanish instead of French. Who knew that my default language would be Spanish one day. I feel like my English skills are failing me more and more.

... food and loos. First stop, a creperie. Ohhhhh myyyyy.... We had a citron and sucre one each and we watched them being freshly made while standing on the street. €3 each and yummy. Gerry had a poulet and tomate one for €5 and it was huge! He said it was police meat and tomayto. ... being cramped in. They told me when i checked in that it was booked out but i asked some of the train staff on the platform if there were any seats where people hadn't turned up.
