    The Snow is beautiful. The storm lasted all night and it was all over the ground.

    It it was pretty foggy and we didn't know what place we first skied on. It started to clear up which gave us a great view to the other mountains.

    It was a perfect day for skiing. It was easy to ski on and really fun. I loved it.

    Today we visited the town of Bodie Hill. It's an old gold mining town back up in the hills. The mine operated from 1863 to the 1880’s. At its peak, 10,000 people lived in the town. But it’s a ghost town now. Much of it burned in 1892 and again in 1932 destroying all but 10% on the town. The State of California keeps it in a state of arrested decay.
