... busier than yesterday the underground was now open and jake is about to have his first train ride that he can remember. The fourth place I saw was in New Cross which is South London, one stop into London and it was a very city type place. It was a 4 storey apartment with a kitchen and lounge area that was communal so it was the closest of them all, but it was on a main road and faced the road so it would be very loud most of the time which I guess you would get used to, but why would you want so much noise? Last day.....and it's wet!

Our first FULL day of rain, and our bags are locked up, so if we get wet we go home in the wet clothes. So the walking we planned to do around Westminster is out. No Abbey again this time, there are even people queuing in the rain. Not me!

First Day In London

... the city, the crowds were amazing, particularly at Westminster Abbey and Trafalgar Square. Wow!

Back to the hotel for a little quiet time before dinner. We ate at Galvin Bistro De Lux recommended by one of Jeannine's work colleagues. Great experience and the boys were on their best behavior so everyone really enjoyed dinner. Those boys sure can charm the wait staff!

For some reason, there are a lot of pictures of Nathan today....
