Drove 60 miles in 1.5 hours.
It was a beauitiful drive through the Sawtooth Mts south to Sun Valley. The entire journey, largely downhill, was full of captivating views of the snow capped mountain range.
Arriving at the town of Ketchum around lunch time we took a stroll and found a very cool ski town. It didn't seem like a "make believe" town as there was some fantastic history, a hint of celebrity and 64 ...

We hiked 3.2 mikes round trip up part of Bald Mountain, the Sun Valley ski mountain, to a BLM lookout platform where we had great views of Ketchum and Sun Valley.
